About Synergy Park Marshall

Aerial picture of Synergy Park Marshall building Originally built in 1973 as the headquarters for Capital One Bank, this former building still possesses the rich history and character of its former glory, now with a professional and sleek modern design.

The 48,000-square-foot venue has now become Synergy Park, a new education-business pathway for a collaborative community initiative that seeks to effectively engage employers, community-based organizations, business owners, and educational institutions.

Synergy Park, operated by East Texas Baptist University, empowers community members to be workforce ready with the skills needed in an evolving marketplace through the Workforce Training Center, lowers the barrier of entry for small businesses and startups through affordable office space, and serves the communities non-profits by providing dedicated support staff to assist in daily operations.
